I have been professionally trained in the field of Wellbeing Coaching and have 30 years experience as a Complementary Therapist, Healer and Teacher. As someone who has personal experience of following a plant based diet for many years – I ‘m aware that what suits some does not benefit others.
Its my aim is to listen to what you want and to help you get real results. As someone who’s worked on their own health and wellbeing and struggled – I’m well aware of the pitfalls and am here to offer guidance and SUPPORT.
